The application is free. Members pay an annual fee, currently set at 950 euros for individuals, 350 euros for legal entities, and 250 euros for trainees.
Applications for admission to the Institute of Automotive Experts will be processed within 2 months after receipt of a complete file. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the application.
Any decision by one of the chambers of the Institute’s Council refusing admission to a candidate may be appealed by the individual before the appeal committee.
